Delivery Terms

1. Dispatch Time

Dispatch typically occurs within 2-4 days period. We perform warehousing work Here from Monday to Saturday and National holidays are closed.

2. Tracking Notifications

You will be sent a tracking link where you can see the status of your order after its dispatch.

3. Domestic Transit Time

Domestic Shipping: Orders take 2-5 days depending on location (excluding any weather-related delays ).

4. International Shipping

As of now we only ship across India, international shipping is not available at this time.

5. Delivery Over Due or Lost on Transit

Should you not receive your order within a reasonable time-frame, please email us to [email protected] (USE YOUR MAIL ID) so we can investigate the situation and verify your request for a new delivery or refund in due case.

6. Change of Delivery Address

To get your delivery address changed when the order is not delivered, Nick can get in touch with us at [email protected] (USE YOUR MAIL ID).

7. P.O. Box Shipping

We do not deliver our shipments to the P.O. boxes, if your courier is not our partner.

8. Out-of-Stock Items

We strive to maintain accurate inventory counts on our site, but occasionally we may be unable to fulfill your entire order. This is a rare situation. If we are unable to ship your complete order at the time of purchase, we will send the available items and reach out to you to determine whether you’d prefer to wait for the restocked items or receive a refund for the unavailable products.

9. Cash on Delivery Orders

The confirmation of the COD orders will be received either by SMS or by call. The amount is paid at the time of delivery. Payments of COD orders are not refundable, but replacements will accede to the above set policies.

10. Package Damaged in Transit

If your package has been damaged in transit, please get in touch with us right away (maximum within 24 hours from delivery of the package) at [email protected] (USE YOUR MAIL ID). We will study the issue and check whether a replacement or a refund is more fitting.

11. Return to Origin

In case of a return of the package to us due to delivery failure, we will only reship after receiving the original package. We will verify the new delivery address as you requested. In the refund conditions, Grabitup claims the right to decide on refund eligibility.
