Returns & Replacements

  • Grabitup values your convenience to shop. For defects or damage in the product(s) you received, please write to us on [email protected] within 48 hours from the date of delivery for replacement.
  • Since all our cases are made-to-order products, we do not facilitate easy returns.
  • If you encounter any issues such as fitting problems, manufacturing defects, or printing discrepancies, we are more than happy to assist you with a free replacement after providing the necessary details requested by the support team.
  • Due to differences in screen brightness and resolution across devices, the color of the product may appear slightly different. Grabitup does not accept easy returns or replacements for minor color variations. Grabitup reserves the right to determine the eligibility for a refund or replacement in such cases.
  • Returns or exchanges will be processed only if the product fails to meet expectations. Products that the customer dislikes or if a wrong item was ordered by mistake will not be processed for returns or exchanges. If a dispute case arises, Grabitup may require the shipment of the item back for inspection before offering a replacement or refund.
  • There is no exchange or return for custom products unless upon arrival they have manufacturing defects.
  • If no complaints are raised within 48 hours of delivery, the order will be considered successfully fulfilled.

Duties & Taxes

  • All prices on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes. Any extra duties, taxes or charges will be indicated at the checkout and will be added to the final order amount.
